Midget Travel Hockey (U18)
Below is a brief summary of the NYH travel program for 2024/25 for the U18 age group.
Ages
NYH offers a travel hockey program for Needham and Dover children. Teams are aligned by the USA Hockey age groups. The age groups will be as follows:
Birth Years:
2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 - Bantams (U18)
When
Early September through late November
Where
Practices are held at Babson College and St. Sebastian's. Games may be played across the Greater Boston region.
Practices
Teams practice 1-2 times per week. Schedule may vary based on availability of ice time.
Games
Teams will play 1-2 games a week.
Jerseys
Needham Youth Hockey game and practice jerseys are required and may be purchased through Arrow Sports Group in the May timeframe.
2024-2025
18U: $800
The season will start in September 2024.
